Stable Rotating process
The HGKF series ANTI-DRIFT rotator is developed from Conventional
Rotator.
When the pipe turns on the rotator, the pipe will drift to one direction on the rotator. The main cause of drifting is the unbalance weight of the pipe.
So we make a design of lifting device on the roller base of idler rotator. This device can let the roller move up/down to solve the problem of drifting.
There are options of manual adjusting method and automatic adjusting method on this design.
